I’m a Graduate Student (Molecular Engineering) in the Huang Lab! After finishing my undergraduate and master degrees in Physics (University of Cambridge, UK), I decided to switch to specialize in bioinformatics and data science. My research focuses on 1) analysis of next generation sequencing data both at the bulk level and single-cell level (e.g. scRNA-seq, scATAC-seq etc); 2) analysis of imaging data generated by confocal microscopy, TIRF microscopy and Lattice-Light-Sheet microscopy; 3) application of machine learning techniques and tools to the study of T cell biology. My thesis focuses on regulation of the differentiation of T cells.
